Only eating less and moving more help to lose weight. There is no other natural way to lose weight. If there is magic tonic, fat burner, special food to lose weight people would not have struggled to shed kilos to their body. Just take that magic drink you will lose weight. No it does not work like that.

Weight loss is completely a matter of calorie deficit. Eat less and increase your activity level. If you consume less calorie but increase your activity level your body will use stored fat for calorie if you consume less calorie through food intake.

Diet and exercise the only way to lose weight. No drink can help you to lose weight.

Salt is known for the ability to hold water. In addition as it holds the water, it also makes it thirsty when doing so. Easy said, this results in a bad circle of your body putting on water weight and you not being able to control it.
Plus it’s bad for your body to consume big amounts of it.

Drink water and go for a walk. Stay fresh!


CAN WE EAT TWO BISCUITS IN A DAY DURING WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY ?





let’s just clarify something, no one single item of food can or will promote weight loss or weight gain.
so in essence, whether you eat mcdonalds or mangos as long as you’re within your calorie limit (providing that’s a deficit) you can lose weight, yes


Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think limiting yourself to two biscuits a day can last very long :’). It’s simply not a maintainable, remotely healthy lifestyle. Another perspective: what if your family brings home food in order to have lunch or dinner together? What do you do!? Now, you have to make uncomfortably difficult, anxiety-provoking decisions… which I too don’t think is very healthy in that of itself.

Also! Food keeps you happy! Depriving yourself of nutrients will not only affect you physically, but emotionally as well. Our brain literally rewards us for eating food, so when this is eliminated, my God don’t we get HANGRY?! On a more serious note, this maltreatment can quicky lead to grave problems over time, which is not very positive concerning the health/well-being of ourselves, nor is very promising on the part of others around us

Again, with this diet, I emphasize that you are opening up doors to much bigger issues. Please, please be nice to yourself, YOU are the only one who can love your body for you!

Don’t just don’t use any.

They will have more side effects than effects. Initially you will feel that the steroids are working but later you’ll realise it has done more harm than good to your body. My friend’s a physiotherapist and he had this case where a young medical student started taking some weight loss capsules, left his balanced diet. Eventually the depression took over him.
